The program also enhanced inbound support, with an IVR system that managed thousands of calls efficiently, reducing reliance on live agents while maintaining strong service during peak demand.
This partnership reflects Hawaiian Electric’s commitment to improving the digital customer experience while reinforcing community trust during critical moments.
