Jim Hansen

Jim Hansen is the Chief Product Officer at Convey, where he leads product strategy and innovation to drive customer-focused growth. With over 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software companies, Jim brings a rare combination of product vision, customer insight, and operational discipline to every organization he leads. Prior to Convey, he served as Chief Product Officer at Advantive, a private equity-backed manufacturing and distribution software platform, where he integrated 16 acquisitions into a single product portfolio and launched a new AI-powered platform to help customers work smarter and grow. Earlier, Jim held senior product leadership roles at Riverbed, SolarWinds, AlienVault, and Splunk, where he built product organizations from the ground up and helped position each company for long-term success. Jim holds a B.S. in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and completed executive education in product management at MIT Sloan School of Management. He is driven by a passion for understanding customers deeply and building the solutions that help them succeed.
